Got a call from someone claiming to be o2, asking me for a verification code. I had just got a message from o2 saying if anyone asks for that code it’s a scam and don’t share it. When I asked the caller what was going on, he got quite rude and started pushing hard for the code. Be careful out there!

I got a call from 01205 500021, said it was from Boston UK but I never asked for anything. No idea who it was, just a random number popping up. Sounds like a scam to me, loads of others reckon the same. Would seriously block that number on your phone, tell your phone company and maybe even report it to the ICO. Fingers crossed they catch these annoying callers and put a stop to it!
