He has the audacity to assert that we signed up for this supposed service two years ago and now must settle the bill! His tone has been nothing short of hostile, threatening us with legal action and insisting they’ll take the funds from us unless we comply. To further his claims, he even rattled off a few digits from our card number-however, none of them corresponded with the actual numbers on any of our cards. It felt like he was fishing for us to confirm the right details! Whenever we stood our ground and said we wouldn't be paying, he only grew louder and more aggressive. I've made a mental note of that number now and will certainly be avoiding it from here on out.
