I've got BT Guardian set up and received a rather peculiar call from this number. The caller claimed it was concerning call blocking - a bit strange since I've already got that sorted! The woman on the other end inquired after Mrs Inkpen, to which I replied there was no one here by that name. Then she proceeded to check if she had the correct address, but I had to tell her she wasn't even close; I wasn't even in the right town! After wishing me a nice day, she promptly hung up. Naturally, I've since blocked the number. I can only assume she realised I wasn't interested in any kind of offer, given that I'm already equipped with a system to handle and filter my calls.

Much akin to the previously mentioned number 01202230199, this one seems to originate from the same lot intent on charging you £149 to prevent those pesky nuisance calls. I received calls from both of these numbers today-twice, no less!
