Some bloke rang claimin to be my local energy advisor. Thing is, this number's from Bournemouth and I don't live anywhere near the South of England, so obviously they're lying. Then he started babbling about having a list of folks who've upgraded their homes or whatever. I just hung up then and there. Definitely feels like a scam to me!
