Got a phone call from a bloke who sounded quite young, trying to push some roof insulation stuff. I work as a surveyor and I can tell you that foam sprayed under the rafters is pretty poor quality. Plus, many mortgage companies refuse to approve loans on homes with that kind of treatment. So if you’re thinking about it, be prepared to mess up your chances of selling or getting a mortgage.
