This bloke’s been proper harassing women. He’s phoned me back to back every few minutes sometimes, switching up his numbers so it’s hard to block him. I’ve even begged him to leave me alone, tears and all, but it just made him ring even more. It’s absolutely not on. Honestly, this kind of behaviour should be treated as harassment by the police. Meanwhile, I’ve reported his silent calls and annoying sales calls to the TPS, the Information Commissioner, and Ofcom.

The first time they rang, I told them it’s a flat, and they just ended the call right away. When I got the second call, I said the insulation was already sorted, and again, they hung up. On the third one, I mentioned I didn’t own the place and was moving abroad, and still, they cut me off. This kept happening - on the ninth call, I told them the person living there had recently passed away, but they still kept pushing about roof insulation. I finally just ended the call.

Someone called me talking about roof insulation and asked if I was the house owner. I just said “no thanks” and hung up straight away. Not sure how it all goes but it felt a bit dodgy, probably a scam or something like that.

HACE has been ringing me loads, switching up the last few numbers every time so I have to keep blocking each one. They claim to be from an energy company, but I manage everything online myself.
