Just like others have mentioned about these kind of numbers where only the last few digits differ, the bloke behind this con is a fraudster named Stuart Wright. He’s listed at 21A Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF. Every one of those numbers they use is tied to him and that address. No surprise he’s living in a posh place, he’s constantly ripping people off! He’s been reported loads of times, but somehow he keeps carrying on with it. We need to keep flagging him to the authorities so they actually do something, none of us should have to deal with this kind of nonsense.

Got a call from a bloke saying I needed loft insulation. When I asked about his number, he just dropped the line. This isn’t the first time, loads of calls from Bournemouth recently about stuff like this. Just a heads up, be cautious!

Just like others have pointed out, this guy named Stuart Wright from 21a Plymouth Rd, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF is a complete conman. Every 01202 number linked to these calls is registered to him at that exact address. Loads of people have already flagged him, but somehow he carries on with the same dodgy stuff!

Got called at least 5 times today from loads of different extensions, probably about 10 in total. Also spotted them dialling from 01202137109 along with other extension numbers. Honestly, sounds pretty desperate.

Loads of folks ring this number pretending to be from the local energy provider, which can’t be right since we’re nowhere near the 01202 area code. We keep getting calls from similar numbers too, with just the last digit changing like 01202 143303, 143306, 143301 and others like 143283, 143280, 143286, 143268, 143272. They call non-stop, like six or seven times daily, but never bother leaving a voicemail or anything. It’s really frustrating.

Quick advice: keep an extra smoke alarm near your phone. When those annoying calls come in, just press the ‘test’ button on it and the person on the line will be blasted with a loud noise. I’ve tried it loads and it never fails.

Had yet another phone ring from what i’m sure is yet another scammer. This marks the sixth time today, all calls coming from numbers that look nearly the same (01202 1432xxx or 1433xx). In the last couple of months I’ve had over 60 calls like this! If you get one of these, definitely report it to Ofcom, Trading Standards, and Action Fraud - these people are a menace and really should be stopped by the cops.

I finally answered one out of curiosity and the person on the line said, "Chris here from Windows & Doors Ltd." Turned out to be one of those scams about energy or insulation. Best to steer clear of this one.

Over the space of just 8 hours, I had someone ring me up 9 times saying they were with some government green thingy. I started off nice, saying, 'no thanks', but by the fifth or sixth call I was ending the call and moving on. Then on the sixth time, I actually told him off pretty harshly, but the bloke still didn’t give up and kept phoning back! It’s mad how persistent they are.
