Lately, I've been getting these silent calls from this number and others like it. Does anyone know which company they're from? I came across a firm called 'Castle Home Solutions' who appear to be hiring call centre workers nearby to pitch insulation and various "home improvement" stuff. If it turns out to be them, why not mess with them a bit by ringing their toll-free line 0800 044 8161 whenever you've got a moment? It'll waste their time and rack up costs for them. Instead of getting annoyed, just turn the tables!

It sounded like one of those automated messages but it kept getting all jumbled and repeating the same parts. Ended up just hanging up and putting the number on block.

Got a call from a polite young chap about insulating our loft. He said his supervisor would ring again to sort out a no-cost survey. Honestly, I just let them have their say and then blocked the number straight away. We only ever have trusted tradespeople in our home we’re familiar with.
