Got a call on the landline today, very similar number tried a couple days ago. First time we missed it cause we wasn’t home and they left no voicemail. Then rang again around 5.30pm, I ignored it and blocked the number once more. The annoying thing is, you can block them, but they somehow find a way back in. These scammers are such a nightmare!

As others have mentioned, the guy running this scam is a bloke named Stuart Wright from 21a Plymouth Rd, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF. Loads of these 01202 numbers are linked to him at that exact address. Plenty of folks have flagged him before, but he just won’t stop!

I didn’t pick up since I didn’t recognise the number. No voicemail left either. I’ve also been getting calls from places like 281, 302, 303, 304, 306, 310 and 324 recently.

Lately, I've been getting quite a few calls from numbers starting with 01202. I usually just let them ring out since I don't recognise them. Today, I answered and got a bloke named "Alex" who was more interested in asking me stuff than telling me about himself. Couldn't find anything about this Green Guideline Centre anywhere online, so I’m happy I ended the call without sharing anything.

I'm pretty sure this bloke's the same one who's rung me before. First time he said he was Chris talking about my energy supply, then switched to John but still about energy. Now today, he called saying he's John again but asking if I still have a driveway. It's clear to me it's the same guy, and I even called him out, telling him I know he's already called and I want him to quit ringing me up.

They kept ringing loads. When I finally answered, I just stayed quiet and they ended up hanging up straight away. He was trying to sell some kind of medical alert pendant for emergencies like falls. The weird bit was, he just kept going over the same lines like a robot on repeat. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

I got a call from some bloke named Alex too, out of the blue, and he wouldn’t tell me where he found my number. It’s really annoying when these commercial medical firms seem to have all your info and just ring you up without asking. To me, it feels like harassment, but the biggest worry is definitely how they got hold of my personal details in the first place.

I got a call from a bloke who said his name was Alex and that he was calling from Dorset. He mentioned something about me being on a list for a free item - sounded a bit like a warner or something. He asked if I was over 50, which I am, then he wanted to know if I had any disabilities. I told him I’ve got an issue with my foot. The connection was awful, I had to keep asking him to repeat stuff because the line kept cutting out. When I then questioned how my name ended up on his list, he just dropped the call.

I got a call from some guy called Alex, claiming to be from the "green guidelines centre." He kept asking stuff about my house, the garage, solar panels and all that. Then out of nowhere he wanted to know if I was over 60. When I said no, he just hung up on me. Felt a bit dodgy, like he was scoping out places for a break-in or something. Tried looking up this green guidelines centre online but there's nothing. Bit sketchy if you ask me.

I wouldn’t recommend calling back unknown numbers. Sometimes the number you see is fake, and if you ring it, you might get hit with big fees, especially if it’s an overseas call or something dodgy like that.

I’m after a really loud whistle, had one ages ago but it’s gone missing now. Something that really blasts your ears, that’s the only way to put a stop to these lot.
