Without a doubt, I reckon this is a scam. I mean, the number in question simply can't be legitimate, seeing as local area codes don’t start with a 1, do they? It all seems rather dodgy to me!

I'm blocking them left, right and centre, yet they just seem to tweak the last three digits every time!
