I've been getting calls from 01202 numbers non-stop lately. I don’t pick up, but they still keep ringing. The last few digits always change, so it’s impossible to block them properly. I even contacted BT to see if they could add an option to block by area code, and I’d suggest others do the same. Maybe these jokers would lose interest if they had to keep switching numbers all the time!

I've been getting calls from 01202 numbers for what feels like forever. I never pick up, but they just won't stop ringing. The last few digits always change, so blocking them doesn't work. I even contacted BT to see if they could let us block whole area codes, and I reckon others should ask them too. So, this bloke named Chris kept ringing me over and over, but from loads of different numbers, all starting with 01202 which is Bournemouth, I think. Turns out it’s one of those dodgy calls trying to scam you with loft insulation stuff. Really annoying!

The bloke saying he's Chris, Tom, Craig, or Simon is actually Stuart David Wright. His number’s tied to 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF, all in Stuart’s name. At least now we know where this muppet is based! No shocker he’s got a decent sized house, considering he’s busy ripping people off!

Had a dodgy call from this number, so I just blocked it straight away.

This number has been ringing me loads lately but I never picked up. I finally answered today and the voice said something like “Hi, this is Chris from your local energy provider” talking about loft insulation. It really seemed like one of those automated calls. The area code is 01202 which is Bournemouth - nowhere near where I live! Would avoid picking up 01202 143065 if I were you.

This number has rung me loads of times lately, so today I picked up. A voice said "Hi it's Chris from your local energy company" about some loft insulation, but it sounded totally like a recorded message. Plus, 01202 is a Bournemouth area code, nowhere near me! Loads of folks already mentioned this but the number is linked to an address at 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF, and it's under the name Stuart Wright. So at least we have a clue where this con artist calls home! No surprise he’s got a pretty decent place, guess all the cheating pays off for him!

Got calls from this number on three separate occasions. I missed the first one, so I looked it up online and found out it’s a scam. Then, when they called the second time, my younger brother picked up. They tried to pitch some loft insulation to him, which was pretty funny. I grabbed the phone and told them to stop calling us. This morning, they rang again and the guy said, “Hi, this is Chris from your local energy company.” I cut him off right away saying he’s a fraud and ended the call. Definitely don’t pick up if this number rings you.

I've had calls from these folks like 20 times in the past month! They claim it's about some risky loft insulation I supposedly had put in 10 years back (which isn't true, I never had any done then). They say they want to fix it by spraying something on it or whatever? I've heard that stuff is pretty dodgy and could even lead to damp problems. I actually had my loft insulation inspected a couple of years ago, and it's all up to standard.

Got a call from someone saying they’re working for a Renewable Energy database, talking about loft insulation. They claimed to have a list showing which homeowners have done the insulation and which haven’t - sounded a bit dodgy to me. I asked where they’d got their info from and how they knew if we’d done any upgrades, plus what rights they had to that data. But all they did was stick to their scripted spiel. It’s the second time they’ve called now. I asked nicely to be taken off their list and requested no more calls, hopefully that puts an end to it!
