I'm absolutely inundated with calls from numbers beginning with 01202 137 - it's becoming utterly unmanageable. Typically, I get hit with these nuisance calls twice every day, and it's truly a right bother. I've already filed a report regarding this endless hassle.

I've selected "political" as the category since there wasn't an appropriate option in the call type section. This individual, whom I know as Matthew, appears to be a psychological provocateur who targets individuals listed for this kind of harassment. I've been receiving calls from this elusive character for more than seven years now. It's quite the annoyance as I can't seem to block him, and it feels as though the authorities have turned a blind eye, possibly even giving this nonsense their stamp of approval. This situation clearly amounts to targeted harassment, and I can't help but think he must receive compensation for this monotonous role. It's not your typical scam-there's never any solicitation for personal information or money; he simply adheres to a script. If he’s interrupted or questioned about anything outside of his predetermined lines, he promptly ends the call. Often, he rings from different numbers but maintains the same voice, sometimes introducing himself with an array of different names. It's baffling. The odds of him being a random sociopath keeping up this facade on his own seem slim to none-there’s a financial incentive behind it, without a doubt. Based on my life's experiences, I wouldn't be surprised if he were linked to governmental operations or perhaps some covert project funded by a university under the veil of the Official Secrets Act, doing the questionable legwork for higher-ups. That's likely why this scheme has persisted for so long.

Received a call regarding loft insulation. I've had a few of these before. I've now added this number to my blocked list, leaving just 75 million more to deal with!

Got a call saying there was a problem with our insulation. They asked for our last name to ring us back but I had a feeling it was dodgy so I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone last week claiming I had a driveway and asking if I wanted it. I told him to stop right there, the bloke said his name was John or something. When I asked where he got my number from, he just hung up on me. Very weird!

I received a call at my workplace regarding some loft installation that was supposed to be scheduled for a residential home, but it turns out that's not the case at all. The call was mostly automated, and when I failed to answer whether I was the homeowner, I could actually hear someone on the other end getting increasingly frustrated and shouting for me to respond! Quite the unexpected interruption, I must say!

Initially, it seemed genuine with a proper introduction, yet it became obvious it was just a pre-recorded message when it continued to drone on despite my questions! The conversation centred on roof insulation supposedly fitted through a government initiative (we’ve certainly not had anything done! - it was likely the previous owner who sorted it out over a decade ago, I reckon). The caller went on to mention that certain locations have been discovered to have issues with mould that need investigating - and promptly hung up when I tried to interject again!

I received a call from someone claiming there was an issue with my cavity wall insulation-an interesting notion since I don’t even have any! They assured me that everything would be fine and they were there to assist. However, as soon as I mentioned that I work in construction and have no cavity wall insulation to worry about, they abruptly ended the conversation. Quite the cheek, really!

I dialled the number and heard a few beeps, but then there was nothing. The call ended after about 25 seconds of silence. Rather peculiar, if you ask me.

I’ve had just about enough of these 01202 137... calls. They really need to pack it in! It’s utterly ridiculous and clearly a scam.

Had a chap named 'Matthew' ringing me regarding home insulation. I wasted no time and hit 'block' on my call blocker. Yet, it feels as though it’s all ineffectual; these firms seem to have an endless supply of numbers from which they pester you relentlessly...

I was inquired about whether I own a house, and upon mentioning that they had rang my work number instead, the line went dead!

I was a bit sceptical about whether this was legitimate or just a scam, so I decided to play it safe. Something about cavity wall problems, or similar. I insisted that he send all the information via post, as I'm not keen on chatting over the phone. He seemed to accept that and promptly ended the call. It was definitely a person on the other end, not some automated message.

I received a call from a chap named Matthew around half four today, representing an energy agency, apparently. He was chatting about loft insulation and damp issues, claiming that a surveyor would ring to arrange a time for them to inspect the loft. It all felt a bit off-almost like I was speaking to a pre-recorded message. If the surveyor rings, I’ll definitely let him know I’m not keen. The number’s the one listed above.
