I keep getting these robotic calls from a number linked to Cebu City, Philippines - something like [#]filitastica[###]. Since they operate from there, the TPS doesn’t have much power to block these thousands of calls. They aren’t genuine callers because if they were, someone real would call back after you answer their questions. It seems like they gather active phone numbers and then pass them onto insulation companies that rip people off. They mostly aim at elderly folks, which is pretty nasty.
