Got a call from someone telling me my loft insulation was causing damp and condensation because it was out of date. They tried to push a "free survey" on me. I told them I wasn’t interested and wasn’t happy about getting an unexpected call like that. Then they kept going on and asked me to write down some free offer code because of my age, which felt off. They even wanted me to chat with their manager but I just ended the call.

I’ve noticed this number has popped up quite a few times as a missed call recently. Thankfully, we have BT call guardian, so they normally hang up as soon as they’re asked to give their name before we pick up.

Twice now, a bloke named Matthew rang me up about some government-backed insulation scheme, which I never actually got installed. I let him go on a bit more the second time and he was asking about my house details. Beware, these calls are definitely a scam! I got a ring from 01202 137111 about 30 minutes ago, very similar to another one I had yesterday from 01202 080014. Best not to pick up, they’re just trying to trick you out of money. Stay safe!

Got a call from someone named Chris who was going on about loft insulation or something, saying we were due for a survey. A bloke rang me claiming to be a local energy advisor covering my area. As soon as I asked him to say which postcode he was talking about, he just hung up on me.

This bloke rang me, said his name was Matthew and claimed he was calling for some government renewable energy program. I kept asking where he'd got my details from, and he insisted I was on a list of people who’d had recent work done on their homes. I told him that’s not true for me, but he just talked over me. I told him I'm sick of these calls, I don’t want any more, and to remove my number from their list. I’ve blocked the number now, but it’s a waste since this is about the third different one they’ve used recently, all starting with Bournemouth or Poole area codes. I’m going to report them to the TPS. Sorry, Matthew, maybe time to find a proper job mate?

Got a call on my landline 01202137119 yesterday evening, someone said my loft insulation survey was overdue. They didn’t leave a voicemail, so I’m guessing it’s just one of those dodgy spam or scam calls. Definitely not worth picking up if this number rings you. Bit cheeky to ring me in the middle of the England vs Germany game, right? Not exactly fans of the team, then! I wasn't convinced so I said, "is this a real person or just a recording?" and it replied with "aha." Then I tried asking for the time, and it just went on to ask when I'd want their engineer to come round. Proper sneaky!
