I received a rather unexpected phone call regarding energy-saving measures, apparently from a company that deals in loft insulation. Quite irritating, to say the least!

This bloke called saying he was with some insulation firm. I told him straight away it’s a housing association house and to stop using my info. After a few more calls, I warned him that if he didn’t take me off his list, I’d have to report him.
