Got a call from someone claiming to be from the 'national bookings office' energy department. Told him I’m on the TPS, so no calls please, but he got all defensive and said we’d asked about loft insulation - total nonsense. When I checked the number, it showed as 'not in service'. Definitely dodgy, I’d say steer clear of it.

So, this bloke from an energy firm rings me up, already knowing my name and where I live - which I never said was right, mind you. I kept trying to find out what he wanted, but he got really frustrated when I asked who exactly he was. Then, out of nowhere, he just hung up on me! Proper rude if you ask me.

On the 9th October around 3:08 pm, I got a call from someone in Bournemouth. I’m registered with the no call list but still got the call. It didn’t show up on my phone so I didn’t pick up. Just got the dial tone for a bit then some nonsense on the voicemail. Definitely feels like harassment to me.
