This number rang me up saying I owed money for a nuisance call bar that I’d already sorted out over a year ago and apparently it was due for renewal. What a load of rubbish!! The woman even mentioned a password I’d set up 😆 yeah, right. She claimed to have all my details so I asked her, under the new GDPR rules, what information they actually had on me and requested it be deleted. Not shocking at all, she just ended the call. I got a call from someone called Laura demanding payment to finalise a contract, saying they'd send it to collections if I didn’t pay up! She gave me a company number that’s listed on the Protect Your Privacy UK website, but turns out that number doesn’t work and isn’t even the right format. The address she provided is actually for some builder and driveway firm in Bournemouth, according to Companies House info - bet that poor bloke must be pretty annoyed or confused! Their approach was really pushy and unrelenting, which could be quite distressing, especially for elderly people.

My dad, who’s 94, got another call today asking for £89.99, claiming he’s bound by some contract. I rang them back and actually got someone on the line. I warned them not to bother calling again or I’ll report them to the police for harassment.

Got a call from some woman called Laura earlier, she was going on about owing money on an account I’ve never heard of. Said if I didn’t sort it, debt collectors would be after me. I told her straight up it’s a scam and I’d block the number. She just laughed and said blocking it won’t stop her, she’d just ring me again regardless. Proper dodgy!

Got a call from these lot on 25th July last week. They were going on about legal stuff, saying I’d signed a contract with them or something. I just told them I’d bring it to the Small Claims Court and cheekily asked if they were planning to pop over from India to back up their story!

Couple years back, I had this number blocked on my phone. Wasn’t sure if it was a lad with those really tight trousers or a lady from Asia who kept ringing. I just played along for a bit till eventually they gave up and hung up.

Got another call from someone named Laura Brown, her accent was hard to understand. She claimed we owed £49.99 for some payment. After I told them several times we had no idea what she was talking about, a guy called Ben Adams, sounded English, got on the line. He then said the amount was actually £149 and if we didn’t pay, there’d be late fees. When I asked for proof of any agreement, they said showing it would cost £25. The bloke was quite rude and unprofessional, totally seemed like a scam. Honestly, don’t pick up if this number rings you, it should be banned.

This person kept ringing me on my private number, which isn’t even on any list, like 10 or 15 times! Every time, I asked them who they were, the company’s name, even the boss’s name, but they just wouldn’t say. Plus, they spoke to me really rudely. I’ve told them their calls are against the law, but they just don’t stop. Is there any way I can find out where these calls are coming from so I can report them properly? I want to make sure they get in trouble and maybe face real consequences for this harassment.

Got a call from 01202026643 saying I owed £149. I asked what it was about since we cancelled any dealings with them and never even had an account. They threatened to send it to collections. Then they gave me another number to “verify” the debt, 03300415349, but I found out this number’s been given to loads of folks too. Seriously, don’t bother calling back - this is a total scam.

I’ve had a few calls from them over the last hour. At first, they were actually quite polite and seemed to know my full name and where I live, which was a bit unsettling. But when I refused to hand over my bank info to a stranger on the phone, they started talking about taking legal steps. Totally put me off.

Got a call from a bloke with an American accent, he tried to charge £150 to my card but thankfully the bank spotted it was dodgy, blocked it and gave me a ring straight away. Then the guy phoned again and started getting all threatening, talking about bailiffs and debts and that. I just said cheers, have a good day and ended the call.

Today, this number gave us a ring. The caller, Jasmine Anderson, claimed to be from Protect Your Privacy UK Home Serve Solutions. She asked to speak with my wife, saying she had apparently signed up for some call blocking service two years ago and paid £89.99. My wife has no recollection of any such agreement, and no charges have appeared on our Barclaycard. Jasmine warned that if the next payment wasn’t made, the case would be handed over to a different debt collector. She suggested we call 03300415349 to verify everything, but to be honest, I felt a bit uneasy about ringing that number.

This number rang me twice, and after I hung up on them, I got another call about two hours later from 01202 092418, but it was someone else. I blocked both since I could see the numbers, but I’m sure they'll be back soon, just using a different one this time.

I got a call from someone with a thick foreign accent claiming I’d agreed to some call blocking thing a couple years ago and now I had to pay up for another two years. I just told them where to shove their service. Honestly, OFCOM needs to step up and crack down on these sort of scammers, but like usual, all these official bodies just sit on their hands and do nothing.

Loads of calls from different people, some with foreign accents, some sounding British. Like others mentioned, they kept asking for £149.99 and even threatened with debt collectors and stuff. I told them to send everything in writing by post, but then they started banging on about involving lawyers and debt collectors if I didn’t comply. I got a call earlier claiming I’d been charged £89.99 a couple years back for some scheme to stop unwanted calls. I was like, no idea what he’s on about and definitely wouldn’t fork out a fiver, never mind nearly £90 for that. Then he started banging on about owing another £140 and threatening to send some sort of ‘heavy gang’ if I didn’t pay. He sounded like he had a strong accent, maybe Pakistani or something. I wasn’t having any of it, told him to get lost and blocked the number straight away.

Another typical scam call, so be careful with your information. They claimed I’d paid £89.99 a couple of years back (which I definitely didn’t) and insisted I owed them £149.99. I decided to mess with them a bit, putting on a doddery old lady act, pretending to be hard of hearing, and kept them chatting for about 15 minutes before giving them a fake card number and hanging up. It was a bit of a laugh, but I flagged it as dangerous because if someone older and more vulnerable got caught out, they might’ve handed over real bank details. Absolute scoundrels!

Got a call out of the blue saying I owed some final bill for a product I supposedly bought off them. I asked straight up for the info to be posted to me so I could check it over properly, but they wouldn't have it. This isn't the first time they've been on my case, and yet they still won’t send anything in writing. Proper annoying.
