Each time they ring, I ask them politely to remove my details from their records, yet these persistent nuisances blatantly ignore my wishes and continue to hound me. It’s absolutely exasperating!

Received yet another one of those dreaded silent calls! I can only guess they were looking to chat with a bloke. So, I decided to ring them back, and lo and behold, it turned out to be a recorded message from something called The General Group-whatever that is!
