This morning, I received a call from a chap with a rather unusual accent. He purported to be representing Carphone Warehouse, attempting to entice me with some unbelievably low contracts for the latest mobile phones. I can tell you, it reeked of a scam!

Got a call on my mobile from this number, and after a while a woman answered. She started by asking how I was, so I straight up asked who she was and what she wanted. She claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse, which baffled me since I never remember giving them my contact details. I then asked how she managed to get hold of my numbers, considering both my landline and mobile are registered with the TPS. She abruptly said "ok, goodbye" and hung up. I've blocked the number since then.

I was at school when my phone rang, which was kinda odd. Don’t understand why they called me since I’m underage and hasn’t signed up for anything related.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Carphone Warehouse, trying to sell me a big deal on a phone and contract. They said they got my number through my mobile provider but when I asked which one, they guessed O2 or Vodafone, neither of which I use. Told them to take my number off their list and hung up. Also blocked their number so they can't bother me again.
