I got a call from this number, saying it was about checking if my home was suitable for loft insulation because apparently it had the “old kind” already in place. Since I've recently relocated, I asked them which address they meant but they couldn’t give me a clear answer. They said someone else would be in touch to schedule the inspection and that person would have those details. I pressed them more, asking how they could say my property was flagged without actually knowing anything about it, and the conversation quickly became ridiculous, so I just hung up.

I just got a call like that as well. The bloke said he was giving a 50% discount or something. When I told him to take my number off their list, he asked me why he should bother.
