Got a call from a guy speaking with a really thick accent. He mentioned my name and the postcode before asking if I’d had the Covid jab and whether I experienced any side effects. Then he switched the topic to life insurance. I told him I didn’t have any, but he insisted he had my life insurance info. I told him I wasn’t about to share my insurance company’s details with him. After that, he just said “alright” and ended the call.

I've received three calls from this number already. Each time, I asked what they were after. This last one was about my NHS vaccination status and whether I'd had any side effects from it. The very first call was just to verify my address for sending out a vaccination certificate. I made sure not to give away any personal information. I’ve now blocked the number as it all seems rather dodgy to me. Definitely a scam.

I've received a couple of calls like this as well. I believe this is the third one now. I’ve decided to BLOCK every number they ring me from. They always ask for me by name, and when I inquire about who's calling, they throw in some vague reference to "the NHS" or something similar, followed by that annoying "how are you?" Nope, not having it. The NHS or doctors send texts with pertinent information; they don’t ring people up just to chat or pry for details they supposedly already possess. It’s a right nuisance dealing with these dodgy characters.

Got a call from this number earlier today, some bloke with a really thick Indian accent rang me up asking about my covid vaccine status and what i thought of my gp. Then he started pressing me for insurance details and tried to change my address, kept pushing it quite a bit. I told him i wasn’t convinced he was legit and refused to share anything, then just ended the call.
