I received a rather peculiar phone call regarding COVID-19 vaccinations, where the caller claimed I was due for a booster jab. Oddly enough, I've never actually been vaccinated. When I expressed my suspicions about the legitimacy of the call, suggesting it didn't seem like an NHS outreach, the line suddenly cut off. Clearly a scam, and quite unsettling to think they had my name. Just a heads up to others - stay vigilant!

Total scam! They rang me pretending to be from the NHS, asking all sorts of questions about vaccinations. Then they cheekily moved on to pry into my life insurance details. I wasn't having any of it, so the bloke just hung up on me mid-conversation. The call seemed to come from Clitheroe. I've now added them to my block list! 🚫

When the woman inquired about life insurance, I couldn't help but question its connection to the Covid-related queries that had come before. The relevance was rather unclear, so I decided to bid her farewell and ended the call. She tried again, but I chose to ignore the ring. Later on, curiosity got the better of me and I answered, only to be met once more with questions about life insurance. I swiftly ended the conversation again, only for her to ring me back immediately after. It's utterly astonishing!

Received a call claiming to be from the NHS about my Covid pass. It sounded a bit dodgy, so I wasn’t too sure if it was legit or a scam. They asked for personal info which made me suspicious straight away. Definitely wouldn’t recommend giving out details over the phone unless you’re 100% certain!

Got a bunch of calls from some NHS scammers, they ring non stop from loads of different extensions. I keep blocking the numbers but they just don’t stop. They want to know if you’ve had your jabs, had covid and then start asking about your insurance details. This is definitely a con.

This morning, I got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from the NHS. He started out asking if I'd had both my vaccines and if I'd experienced any side effects. Then out of nowhere, he asked if I had life insurance. I asked him why on earth the NHS would care about my insurance details. He mumbled something about the omicron variant and said he had to enter a yes or no answer in the system. I told him to just put down that it’s none of his business. He said alright, thanked me, and hung up. Proper strange, that call!

Got a call this morning from some bloke with an Indian accent, barely made out what he was on about. Definitely one of those coronavirus scams. I played along for ages, feeding him rubbish answers. Seemed pretty fresh at the job, didn’t even bother asking my name. When I pointed out he never asked, he tried saying my first name, and I just told him he was wrong - then he just hung up! No idea what he was trying to pull. I’d say it’s more annoying than dangerous. Seriously, don’t hand over any info!

A lady rang me claiming to be from "NHS Track and Trace" saying she needed to do some kind of COVID verification and asked if I’d had the vaccine, saying there were a few questions she wanted to go through. I told her straight away it sounded like a scam. She asked why I thought that, so I explained that if she really was from the NHS, why would she need me to confirm anything? I even said I work for the NHS myself. She went quiet and then just hung up on me.

Got a call this morning from someone talking about coronavirus, the bloke was Indian and barely clear, took me ages to figure out wot he was on about. They got all loud insisting it wasn’t a scam, so I kept messing with them, asking “Really? You sure you’re not a scammer?” Eventually they told me to f**k off.
