A chap on the phone claimed that having 'aged loft insulation' could lead to issues with dampness and mould up in the loft. I assured him that we had just undergone a complete overhaul of our insulation with a modern, eco-friendly solution. He thanked me for my time, which was rather courteous of him. However, it remains an unsolicited sales call that I could have done without.

I've been inundated with calls from a loft insulation firm, reaching out from number 01183 389923. It’s become quite tiresome, as they used to ring me from 01202 numbers, but they've since branched out to other codes as well. Despite my repeated requests-I've made it clear that I’m not keen, I’m ex-directory, and I've signed up to the Telephone Preference Service-they continue to bombard me. I’d say it borders on harassment at this point, considering I must have fielded well over a hundred of their calls in the past few years. It's utterly frustrating!
