I got a call from a Bristol landline, but the lady who rang sounded like she was from London or the South East. When I didn’t pick up straight away, there was a noticeable pause, which made me think she might have been calling from somewhere else entirely. It turned out to be one of those dodgy scam calls, claiming they wanted to check our loft insulation and that fibreglass was somehow bad for your health. They said they'd send someone over who would then try to push you into paying for some kind of sprayed foam insulation you really don't need. Proper pressure selling, basically.
