Apparently, someone from O2 reached out to chat about whether I might fancy transitioning to a business plan.

Sounds like a classic case of phishing to me.

I received a message inquiring whether I was interested in obtaining business insurance for my Virgin Mobile account. I'm somewhat suspicious and suspect it could be a scam.

Received a handful of calls throughout the day from various mobiles and landline numbers. This particular one didn't bother to leave a voicemail, so I decided to block it. Newcastle, by the way.

Received a phone call on the 28th of October 2020 regarding my O2 contract, and then received yet another call today, the 4th of November 2020, about the very same thing. I've already made it clear that I don't wish to be contacted again. It's quite frustrating!

Claiming to be from EE, they wish to have a word with the account holder.
