I experienced quite a lengthy wait before I got through to someone. It was a chap with an accent, insisting he was from Autonet. He started off discussing my contract but then surprisingly claimed I didn’t actually have one with them. Before I could clarify, he disconnected the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
