It was obvious from the noisy call centre in the backround and the young guy who answered, proper unprofessional, that it was probably another one of those annoying ‘accident claim’ scam calls.

Anyone here with O2 or ever had Broadband Genie? I called up to get a PAC code and now I’m getting bombarded with 2 or 3 calls daily from all sorts of area codes but it’s always the same rubbish. Honestly, if I found out who runs these pest call firms, I’d send them something nasty. It’s mostly old folks and those who’re vulnerable who get caught out by this, but the government couldn’t care less. We really live in a messed up world.
