I keep receiving calls from a multitude of different numbers, including this one. Every time I pick up, there’s nothing but dead air on the other end. It’s utterly ridiculous-the cheek of these dodgy scammers! I’ve had enough and gone ahead and blocked them.

Are there any O2 users or folks who've had dealings with Broadband Genie? So, I called up for a PAC code, and now it feels like I’m inundated with two or three calls daily from various numbers, all from different area codes but identical rubbish. If only I could find out who’s behind these irritating call centres, I’d happily send them a lovely gift of something unpleasant! It’s really the elderly and the more vulnerable who tend to bite on these dodgy calls. Yet, does the government care? Not a jot! It’s quite appalling, this state of affairs we find ourselves in.
