At 15:56 on the 6th of December, 2016, I received a call from a number in Bristol. As I have no acquaintances in that area, I opted not to pick up the phone.

I picked up and all I could hear was what sounded like a call centre in the background, but no one spoke to me, so I just ended the call. They've called me before and it’s always the same thing happening.
