I’ve got a housing claim ongoing, yet I haven’t heard a peep from them. So, I’m left wondering why on earth they’re trying to reach out to me now?

Has anyone actually picked up when this number rings? I’ve noticed a couple of missed calls from it lately, maybe a robo-call from some call centre checking if my number’s active?
