Got a missed call from this number so I decided to ring them back. The person identified as Aztec picked up, but as soon as I answered, the line went dead and they hung up straight away. I’ve never heard of anyone from Leicester, so that raised a red flag for me. After checking out some of the comments here, it seems like it’s probably a scam, so I’ve blocked the number now just to be safe.

Got a call from some dodgy call centre, the background was so loud I could barely catch what she was saying. Claimed to be from a mobile provider but I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times and still wasn’t sure what it was about. She was trying to switch my phone contract over starting next month. Told her that was impossible as I'd got a contract locked in, but she insisted she worked for the same company and could sort it out anyway. When I mentioned my broadband deal was tied to the phone contract, she just cut me off. Rude!
