This person keeps ringing me up, claiming my router's sending out alerts about a fault. That's just not true at all. Then he asked for my landline number at home, which I wasn't about to give. He was polite enough, but really pushy. Pretty sure it's a scam.

If you ask them if they’re from BT Openreach, they just clam up and won’t answer. Quite dodgy really.

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, sounded quite polite but with a strange foreign accent. They were fishing for my personal info, definitely a scam, so watch out!
