I've gotten loads of calls from these so-called BT Openreach people saying there's a problem with my router's security. They were really rude, definitely not legit. When I told the bloke they were scammers, he got proper annoyed - not what you'd expect from a genuine service. They keep switching numbers too, like 0115 98104842, 0115 9810593, 01475 278131 and 01475 360636. Funny thing is, I answered one this morning pretending I was BT Openreach and said "Good morning, you’ve reached BT Openreach," and they just hung up straight away! Weird behaviour if they were legit.

Got calls from this number 3 times today, 22nd Sept, with someone claiming to be from BT saying there’s a problem with my internet. I told them I’m not with BT and to speak to my actual provider. Feels like a scam to me, so don’t trust anything they say or give them any details. If you’re worried, ring your internet company yourself instead.

They keep ringing loads, but the number is always changing. It's so irritating, because when you answer, no one’s there. It looks like it’s from Nottingham, but the call times don’t match up - they're from the next day compared to when I actually got the call here in the UK. Seems like they're doing some kind of block dialling, which has been happening more often lately with Covid-19 going on, and it’s driving me mad.
