Persistent phone calls, even at the unearthly hour of 9am on a Saturday! We’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but it seems to make no difference. We have absolutely no engagement whatsoever with Capital One, and we certainly don’t plan to. It's rather maddening how many different numbers these individuals use to get in touch. Just to name a few: 08004220294, 08004220292, 08005610415, 08004220295, not to mention 01159938303, 01158431409, 01159938307, 01158431405, and many more. It's quite the annoying game, isn’t it?

It’s relentless-these callers contact me at least twenty times a day, every day of the week, at all hours, whether it's in the morning or late at night. The call centre often sounds rude and is clearly based abroad. It's truly infuriating! There ought to be legal measures to put a stop to this nonsense. I have real disdain for this company. Honestly, who would want to enlist the services of a business that employs these kinds of people?
