Once again, it's Capital One - these callers seem determined to hound us at every turn, constantly using new numbers. They've picked up on this one now. After we sought our payment protection following a job loss, it appears they're doing everything possible to avoid making any payouts. We've gone to great lengths to explain our situation, yet we keep getting bombarded by calls from their call centre in India. It has been such a chore trying to understand them, and vice versa. Honestly, these folks are nothing but a nuisance. I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with them.

Once more, it’s Capital One on the line, bombarding us incessantly with calls from an array of different numbers. They've now taken to using this particular one to contact us. After losing my job, we attempted to make a claim on our payment protection insurance. Yet, these folks are doing everything in their power to evade paying out. We’ve explained our situation meticulously, but still, we continue to receive calls from a call centre in India. It's an absolute chore trying to communicate-it feels like we’re both speaking different languages! Overall, this has been nothing short of a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
