We've fallen prey to the muppets over at Capital One. Answered the phone only to be met with nothing but silence when they clearly had no intention of talking to us-what a bunch of plonkers! Unlike some others sharing their experiences here, we've got the ability to silence those annoying calls from random numbers. That’ll surely annoy those Capital One layabouts! Anyone fancy sharing how to do that?

I keep getting bombarded with phone calls, even at a ridiculous hour like 9 in the morning on a Saturday. We're registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but it seems utterly pointless. Honestly, we have zero business with Capital One, nor do we ever intend to. They keep calling from various numbers as well-like 08004220294, 08004220292, 08005610415, and 01159938303, among others. It's truly infuriating!
