This has been going on with Capital One, and honestly, it feels like harassment at this point.

For the last three months, I've been getting calls from Capital One. We've resorted to having our daughter blow a whistle the moment they ring us, which has turned out to be quite amusing. However, on a more serious note, this is nothing short of harassment, and something really ought to be addressed. I’m not in any sort of debt, mind you. These lot are utterly clueless about the impact of their actions. I even shot an email to the owner who's based in Mumbai, India.

Regardless of the nature of the calls, there’s simply no justification for receiving these incessant phone calls from 9 in the morning until 10 at night. It feels like sheer harassment. We’re not just getting these calls on our mobiles; they’re also ringing through on our landline at rather unpleasant hours, which certainly does not reflect well on their customer service. I've made my mind up to reach out to our solicitor regarding this matter. With a newborn at home, we consider this situation absolutely unacceptable and intrusive, cutting into our precious family time during working hours.
