I saw the number was from an area where some family of mine live, but I didn't pick up the call. When I checked, there was no voicemail left either.

I received a call insisting it was my bank, but I'd already confirmed with them that it wasn't. The callers said they were part of the fraud division. When I grilled them with security questions, they managed to get a couple right, but they fluffed a few others. Quite alarming, to say the least! 😳

Got a call last week from someone claiming to be checking on covid side effects, same story again this week. They mentioned they'd send me my covid passport but wanted my address first. Then they even asked if I had life insurance! I just hung up straight away.

I received a rather insistent call from someone alleging to be from a debt management service by the name of Debt Advice. The individual on the other end was remarkably pushy, employing rather forceful methods to get their point across. They were adamant that I had outstanding debts, continually asserting this. Interestingly, they proposed a reduction of nearly 40% on what I supposedly owed, citing a government-endorsed initiative that supposedly assists individuals in settling their debts. Quite dubious if you ask me!

Got hit with like 8 calls all in one day, and the caller claimed to be from Citizens Advice. Felt really sketchy to me.
