Totally a scam, they were attempting to make money off the vaccine services..!! I've blocked them now...

Got a call for the third time, asking how many covid vaccines I've gotten, but this time they used a new number. Told them off a bit and then they just dropped the call.

Someone just called me claiming to be from Social Services, said his name was David but he sounded Indian. He started asking if I’d had the covid vaccines and if I’d got any side effects. There was a lot of noise in the back so I told him I couldn’t really hear properly and said no thanks, then hung up. Definitely felt a bit off about it.

I got a call at my workplace from someone saying they were from the public health service. When I asked them which part of England they were ringing from, they just ended the call straight away. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

Purporting to be representatives of a debt advisory service, I received a call from someone named Alex, followed by a mention of his supervisor, Steven. The accents suggested they were not local, sounding distinctly Indian. The background noise was quite chaotic, reminiscent of a bustling call centre. It's highly suspicious-clearly a scam. I recommend blocking this number posthaste!

I received a rather peculiar phone call where an individual with quite a limited grasp of English was inquiring whether I had completed all my COVID vaccinations.

The caller had an accent that suggested they might be Indian and their command of English wasn’t exactly top-notch. They inquired about someone named Mr J, who I presumed to be my 88-year-old father, whom I was currently checking in on. When I pressed for more details about who was on the line, the chap mentioned he was representing Public Health England. I replied that we have our own public health system here in Northern Ireland, and we adhere to their guidelines rather than those from PH England. I instructed him to take our number off his list and swiftly ended the call.

I received a call from someone claiming to be with 'track and trace.' It’s tricky, though-it might actually be related to that service or perhaps even some sort of outsourced market research linked to it. I didn’t delve any deeper into it, but I was courteous and requested her to remove my number from their database and refrain from contacting me further.

Blimey, this chap was incredibly tenacious, I tell you! He just wouldn't take no for an answer. My phone rang off the hook with his calls until I finally caved in and picked up. He was all about digging into who my life insurance provider was and seemed keen on reviewing my policy. Quite cheeky, really! I straight up told him I wasn't interested in divulging any of those details.
