I suspect a dodgy insulation scheme here. They rang me repeatedly, and when I finally got a call with an actual voice on the other end, the person blathered on about insulation but was utterly evasive about revealing which company she represented. Quite cheeky, if you ask me!

It turns out the caller was a lady, one with quite a pronounced accent from overseas. She mentioned that the fibreglass insulation in my attic might be leading to some breathing troubles. However, she didn’t even inquire about the specific type of loft I possess, which makes me question her credibility significantly.
