Those loft insulation scammers are at it again! A woman with a strong Thames Estuary or South East accent calls about 40 times daily, grilling elderly people in the house with loads of questions. I’m based in South East England myself. Whenever the younger folks pick up and try to find out who they are and what they want, they just abruptly hang up the phone. Proper dodgy!

This woman was shouting about my loft insulation being some sort of danger. No idea how she knew if I even had a loft! Then she asked when I last had it checked, which was pretty suspicious. Was clearly some kind of scam, so I just ended the call without replying. Blocked her straight away.
