I asked why their number doesn’t show up on Google if they’re really O2, and they tried to say they use loads of different numbers so it won’t appear. They said they were part of O2’s billing team. Told them if it was legit, the number would show as O2 billing, and then they just hung up on me!

I decided to return the call to this number, only to be met with a voice recording claiming to be from a Utilities support line. They requested that I select from three different options by pressing buttons. Instant block!
