Got a call on my mobile from someone with a Liverpool accent about a car accident I’d recently had. She told me I could claim between £1000 and £3500 in compensation. I decided to play along for a bit, and she asked me to describe the accident in my own words. I said, “Surely you should know since you called me…” Then she mentioned the damage was to the back of my car, but it was actually the front that got damaged. She quickly claimed there was some confusion with the other party involved. When I asked what exactly hit me, she said it was a vehicle from behind. I told her straight up she was lying because I hit something head-on. I finished by telling her to never ring me again!

So I got a call from this bloke insisting that I have to renew my health insurance because of some legal new rules. Wrong move mate, you rang a trainee barrister here. For starters, where exactly is this legal requirement you're banging on about? And on top of that, how am I meant to renew something I haven’t even got? Proper misleading nonsense from a dodgy call centre. Honestly, it was pathetic, can’t believe the cheek of it.

A lady from a call centre rang me about “reviewing my life insurance”. I told her to cut the chatter and remove me from their list. Of course, that’s not gonna happen since some dodgy firm must have sold my info to them. Makes me think the whole lot are pretty dodgy.
