The person on the phone asked if I was Mrs [my name]. I corrected them saying I was Miss. Then they asked me to confirm my birth date and the first line of my address plus postcode. I refused, saying if they had proper records they’d already know. When I asked who was calling, they just ended the call out of the blue!
