Surprisingly, he responded by saying they were providing a completely complimentary service to offer guidance regarding government-mandated pension modifications. However, his true intentions were revealed when he slipped up by attempting to transfer me to one of his colleagues in order to obtain my personal information. Clearly, he underestimated my intelligence and I swiftly ended the conversation by expressing my dissatisfaction. It is evident that this was an attempt at a deceptive phone call.

They have repeatedly attempted to obtain my date of birth and other personal information, but I have never divulged any details. In their most recent call, they mentioned sending me a form to fill out for a PPI claim, even though I have never had PPI. It is needless to say that I will not be completing that form.
