What a blooming headache! I’ve been getting calls from this number every single day without fail. Strangely enough, I've also had incessant calls from other locales with slightly altered versions of the same number. Clearly, it's all part of a ruse to mislead us into thinking they're a different company, but it’s the same old story. The other day, I decided to ring them back and express my utter frustration at their persistent cold calling, and wouldn’t you know it - the agent simply hung up on me! - caller: 01133201869

Someone on the other end asked for me by name, so I decided to end the call. When I rang back, it instructed me to hold for the next available representative. Strangely, I could hear some chatter, but before I knew it, the call got cut off abruptly!

The person on the phone already had my name and asked about who my life insurance provider was. I said I couldn’t remember right then (even though I obviously did). Then he asked me to fetch my policy details so I could tell him. I said I wasn’t at home then, so he wanted to know when would be a better time to ring back. I asked why he needed the info but he just kept repeating the same question. When I tried asking again why they wanted to know, he just hung up on me! He said he was from Red Star Insurance, but when I looked them up, they only deal with car insurance. So watch out!

I returned a call to this number that I had missed earlier. To my surprise, the individual on the other end greeted me by name right off the bat! He then casually asked, “How are you today, all good?” When I countered with, “That hinges on who’s on the line,” he promptly disconnected the call without another word! Absolutely shocking behaviour!! They said they were giving me a refund for credit cards I supposedly used before. They even knew which cards I had. When I asked what the refund was for, they said it was for interest I’d paid. I told them I never pay interest on my cards, and then they just cut me off! So rude! I’ve blocked the number now. Definitely a scam!
