This number has called my elderly mum 4 times now - they never say anything when she answers. It’s really disturbing and annoying, they call at all sorts of times without speaking, leaving her really stressed out. I don’t understand why the government hasn’t taken action to stop these annoying and unsolicited calls yet?

Got a call at 10.33pm from Plusnet. I didn’t pick up but by mistake I redialled the number. As soon as it connected, you could hear something. Managed to hang up after 2 seconds but still charged £5! Ridiculous.

Someone rang me but I missed it. I noticed loads of others saying the caller's with BT mobile, which I was with before, but then I moved to Three using a PAC code. When I was still with BT, I got heaps of scam calls, but now since switching, it's hardly ever.

I only put the first 4 numbers into search online and it showed it was a Thuraya number. At first, I assumed Thuraya was a place, but then realised it’s actually a satellite phone. So they could be calling from absolutely anywhere and probably reckon they won’t get caught. Knowing how the cops here handle things, they probably won’t either.

I’m with BT and honestly, this smells like a total scam. Had one call that lasted barely 20 seconds where they claimed they’d connect me to the managing director - but it was just rubbish. What’s worse, the caller’s identity didn’t even show up when the call went through. It’s pathetic how they’re pulling this in the 21st century.
