I saw a call from 00413667957686 but I ignored it because the country code didn't look familiar. Funny thing is, I only shared my phone number with someone who bought something off me on an online marketplace yesterday so they could organise the courier collection. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now just to be safe.

On the 29th of April 2021, at about 8:25 in the morning, I got a call from 004110806232. The person on the other end was threatening that our internet would be cut off. I just hung up straight away, I wasn’t having any of that, especially on my landline.

I looked up the 0041 code and it seems like it’s either from Switzerland or some dodgy number used by TV shows. Honestly, if they hang up just after a few seconds when I don’t answer, it feels really fishy. So yeah, I’ve just blocked the number.

I've been getting calls from Switzerland off and on for the past few weeks, including a bunch just today. I ain't got anyone I know over there. The one time I picked up, they strangely used my first name and launched into some rehearsed sales pitch about investing. Since then, I just block the numbers. Even though the endings vary, they all begin with 004422, so I reckon it's the same call centre. Feels a bit like harassment and could be dodgy.

There was no noise at all, just silence. I was on the call for about 5 minutes with nothing happening. If you try to ring back, they might charge you, so best to block the number straight away.

Yesterday we got loads of calls from different numbers, probably about eight. Then today, the number started with 0041###. The folks at BY told us not to pick up, but they also said if it seems legit, we could call back. We also got a call with a recorded message claiming it was from BT saying our internet and phone would be cut off, but it wasn’t true. They asked us to press one, which we didn’t do. We’re registered with TPS and have reported all these numbers already.
