Got a call at about 9 in the morning on April 9th, 2018. I can't exactly recall what they said but I soon figured it was dodgy and just hung up.

Got a call from someone claiming to be TPS, saying my old subscription had run out and then asked for my card info. When I told them I don’t pay for anything like that, they called me stupid and hung up. Watch out for this one!!

I got a call from a woman claiming she was part of the management team at an elderly care home here in the UK. She asked for some information about the property, but the person living there refused to share anything. Then she called them a liar and just ended the call. Quite a strange and rude behaviour if you ask me.

Just got a call from this number but I didn’t bother to pick up. After seeing what people say about it on here, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now!

I got a call from this really pushy Asian bloke who was dead set on getting my card info. I kept him hanging for about thirty minutes, feeding him wrong details and asking loads of questions. After a while, he got proper irked and then threatened to cut off my phone. Proper nasty bloke, that one.

I asked them who it was but got no reply. Then a robotic American woman's voice came on, saying "thank you, goodbye" in a very clear way. Pretty sure it's one of those overseas scams.

Got a call from this number and could hear a busy call centre in the background, but then they just hung up on me.

As soon as a lady with an Asian accent asked me to verify if the phone was mine, I promptly hung up. I made it clear to her that I don't entertain unsolicited calls. I've since blocked the number.

Beware - the so-called call blocking firm is actually a scam! They give you an 0800 number and tell you to call their manager, but turns out it links straight to those notorious Microsoft scam calls. Don’t fall for it!

Some bloke rang saying he was from the call preference service. When I told him he was the only annoying call I’d actually got in ages, he just called me stupid. Weird behaviour if you ask me.

Got a call from a woman sounding American. She asked if I was Mrs .... I just said yeah and then she ended the call straight away. I’ve heard it’s risky to say yes because they might record your voice and use it somehow to get into your accounts. Gonna block that number now.
