I keep receiving calls from someone claiming to represent Haven, supposedly to help lower my electricity bill. It's always someone with a thick accent, often from South Asia, and their English isn’t up to snuff. They keep offering to transfer me to a supervisor, who turns out to be just another one of them trying to fish for my name and account details. I've had about five of these irritating calls now, and I eventually told them they were nothing but scammers. In the end, I just told them to sod off!
