My mate got a call from this number but I couldn't answer cause I'm deaf. I don't use texting or any tty stuff so it’s hard for me. Bell Relay stopped working in 2020, so no tty service anymore. That means deaf people like me can’t really talk with hearing folks easily. Loads of deaf people I know aren’t working and can't even afford a mobile phone like me.
